People spend their weekends in many ways. Some people play video games all weekend. Some people like to party. For me, I like to spend my weekend racing quads. Me and my family started going to races about 4 years ago. After I watched one race I was very eager to start. The next year I started racing youth on a 250 raptor. That year we raced the whole IXCR series, which stands for Indiana Cross Country Racing. At the end of that year I finished 6th in points. That meant that out of all the youth racers in Indiana, 16 and under, I was the 6th best. The following year I raced youth again in IXCR and ended the year in a hard fought 2nd. That year I was able to be in the battel for the win every race. I even got my first win. The next year I moved up to adult on a 450. I moved into A class, which is one class down from the pro class. At the end of that year I finished 4th in a class. This year my goal is to win A class and move to pro next year. On the weekends that I am not racing I am normally riding my quad or getting ready for the next race.
