On July 20th, 1969 the first manned mission to the moon was launched from Kennedy Space Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, or was it. There are a lot of theories and reasons for why people believe the moon landing was actually an elaborate hoax by the government to win the space race. One of the theories is that when the astronauts were on the moon they left footprints. This is a strange fact because without the presence of moisture there shouldn’t have been footprints when the astronauts were walking around. What made these footprints on the moon if there was no moisture? Another piece of question is that when the astronauts were departing the moon their ship didn’t leave any exhaust trail causing many to speculate it was just a simulation ran in a lab. The last and most popular piece of question comes when the astronauts planted the flag. The flag in the video from the moon landing appears to ripple. How can a flag ripple in the vacuum of space on a place with no atmosphere? There have been a lot of theories about the moon landing being faked and who knows if we’ll ever find out the truth. What do you think, is the moon landing fact or fiction?

Hello, my name is Lain Goewert, but you knew that already. I now reside in Batesville, Indiana, but before living in Batesville, I lived in St. Louis, Missouri. While living there I explored many fine local restaurants. I have chosen five specific restaurants in the St. Louis area that you could go to and enjoy if you vacation there. I sure know I will when I go back during spring break. This list is in no specific order so do what you will with it. First on our list is Imo's Pizza. Imo’s Pizza is known for being traditional St. Louis style pizza, which is a thin crust pizza cut into squares. I know I am going to get crucified for my opinion, but I thoroughly enjoy pineapple pizza. Next on the list is convenience stores. QuikTrip is known for being a gas station with a convenience store where customers can get gas and snacks. My favorite thing to get there is the brookie muffin. It is an elusive object that combines a brownie and a cookie into a muffin. The next location on my list is probably my favorite location in St Louis. SanSai is Japanese grill that serves many items include rice bowls, tempura, and sushi. I enjoy getting the tempura meal. Lion's choice is a local chain of roast beef restaurant similar to Arby’s only much better. Sadly, they do not have a half pound beef and cheddar, but they do have a king size roast beef sandwich. Which is my favorite. Hungry for dessert, that's what I thought. Ted Drewes is a local family owned Custard Stand, there are only two in the world, both are located in St Louis. They are famous for their concretes, which come in a variety of flavors. |
